Online submissions to close your account must be received one business day prior to the "Date to Turn Off Service". Requests must be received by 4pm when scheduling next business day. See our Business Hours and Holiday Schedule for availability. Turn off requests that do not meet these requirements cannot be processed as requested.
Once your request has been processed, a confirmation number will be emailed to the "Contact Email Address" provided. If you do not receive a confirmation number prior to the date requested please follow up on your request by calling 386-575-6800.
