How to Submit an Application

You may mail or drop off your completed employment application to the City of Deltona, 2345 Providence Blvd., Deltona, FL 32725. Feel free to contact us via e-mail at or at (386) 878-8750.

  • We recommend downloading an Application from our website in PDF form and using Adobe Acrobat Reader to add typed text (download it for free here). You can do this by first downloading the application, opening it in Adobe Acrobat Reader,  and selecting View from the top menu. Click on Fill & Sign and then look to the menu on the right with the heading Fill & Sign Tools. Click on Add Text and then click on the location where you want to begin typing. Once you are done typing your information, print the application and mail it in or drop it off at City Hall.
  • If you are writing your application by hand, try to use print rather than script to complete your application. Use a pen and black ink, rather than a pencil. Do not leave blank spaces – use N/A or a line to indicate that you have read the material but it does not apply in your particular situation. Application forms should be filled out completely and should clearly show that the minimum qualifications are met. All statements made on the application are subject to investigation and verification.
